Will a 19X250 40 spoke harley rim fit between the forks on a CB750K, with front fender on? The width of the rim is 3.6"

Not sure the year of your bike but my 73 cb750 sohc stock front rim is 2.8" wide running 3.25 x 19" tire. There is just over 5" between fork legs at the top of the tire.

The biggest tire that fits is a 110 Avon. Its about 5 inches wide. SO yeah your rim will work but don't expect the 120 tire to fit. 110 is the largest you can go with sohc.

There are however a few different widths of trees that were used over the years. You can switch to a dohc set of trees which will bolt into the sohc neck no problem. Then slide your sohc fork tubes up inside the later trees (which fit perfectly) to now have more width.

I assume you will be lacing the Honda hub to the HD rim? Yes its done all the time. There are several spoke suppliers out the making the right length spokes for the swap. The HD axle needs modifications in order to bolt to the Honda lowers so its much easier to use the Honda hub if ya got a good one.

Any questions? Send me a p.m. as I may not see this thread again.
Cheers!
