View Full Version : 67 trophy chop

Well I finally traded my way into a chopper, started with a sheet metal brake ended with this 67!:cheersmate:

Needs an intake lifter block and I'll probably change the seat, fender, bars, tank, headlight. etc but I have lots of cold northern Ontario winter left!

I know someone made that funky curved hardtail but I'm not really sure what I've got, it's titled as a 67 650. http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t135/PouceCoupe/Charlton2010009.jpg

Dig the period correct farmer shoes!

I'm on the fence about that one, I'll keep it around in case I change my mind but I like a smaller tank. I'm glad to have a light skinny chop, I hated the big bike I had before.

it's very rare that i like trump tanks on trump chops - but man, that one is fuckin PERFECT for that bike!

this bike is awesome! How far south did you have to go to find it?

Just east of Toronto, I traded a dirt bike I had for it. I just moved out from BC, wish I had some money cause bikes are way cheaper in Ontario!

hey man,

sick looking tank, could you post a picture of bike from the side to get a look at the overall lines of tank. Looks liek a stock tank but some work done to the tunnel so it doesnt sit down over backbone so much. Like to see how its mounted as well if you dont mind. Trying to tweek my stock tank and love this look.

whoever modified that tank/frame fitting did ONE HELL of a cool job! i wouldn't ever change that...... maybe paint it, but that tank IS for that chop =)

Yeah it's starting to grow on me, I have to do some motor work etc before summer with no income so it will probably stay.

That frisco job on the tank is cool. I would like to see some more shots of it. I am into chops and custom tanks and stuff but i thought that first pic looked pretty damn cool. this is the slowest website i have been on in 20 years.
