It's short and stubby, I like it allot. Especially the tapered fork guards.

Good job on your build! But the question is are you going to have it shook down for Slab city run? Building a triumph now for the run. If i run out of time or money i will be bringing my XS . Hope to meet you there and check out you bike in person.

Yeh, Ill be at the Riot, Im the one bringing the beer - lol
I have a new front wheel coming off of a XS1 so I can sport a front brake to the riot, although the bike may be sold by then, so I dunno yet...

Is that the stock front fender used for the rear?

I used a west eagle ribbed fender for the rear, cut the shit out of it to make it fit, the alloy is super thin and they truly DONT fit a 16" wheel.
The Fork covers are from Benjis, they also dont fit well and took some serious man handling to make them go on correctly.

Sorry I didnt get back to you guys sooner, didnt realize there were questions - bikes already gone to a new owner and I just washed my hands of it quite quickly.

White waffle grips.
Yeh, I changed everything to one inch up front.
