Kid here on campus is really interested in getting his first bike and he wants a "bobber". He's a good kid so I agreed to help him check this one out and then get it fixed up. Was about a 6 hour round trip but it was a good time.

The battery was dead but I got a jump box on it to check compression and it came back at 123 on both cylinders but it wouldn't start. Got it home and pulled the carbs

Carb boot is torn so ill order new ones. The choke was missing pats and wasn't working properly so I fixed that also.

Checked spark and it's there buts not jumping from the diode, it's down in the shaft in the spark plug. I'll get some new plugs and try it again later.

Changed out the spark plug and it's goods go got the battery out and I'll get a new one in a few days, parts are all ordered and on their way. fixed the choke mechanism

The guy he bought it off of never tightened the top clamp or the pinch bolts or the preload nut so I got all that tightened down for him today, also got the tire back on its bead because it's a tubeless, ( did the whole pour a little gas in there and light it ) whoooophhh and it's back on the rim and holding air nicely.
