Cleaned up nicely. I dont know about the green but to each their own. That exhaust dont burn your leg?

Thanks Shortpork. It was a challenge being my first go. Now I have templates for the tree, the front linkage etc.

The pipe is tucked in enough and the heat shield does its job.

That's Grabber Green, a Mopar throwback.

I put a Lifan 140cc oil-cooled big bore on it. Has 17-40 gearing. Once I break it in it should top at 85-90 mph.

Holy hell! 90mph on that what, 150lb scoot? That would be pretty gnarly, and sqirrly.

I won't go that fast but I want to take it on the freeway. I fabricated the swingarm, added 3" and the extra length on the underbone and a good balance on the rake plus the stiffer front and rear shocks make it really stable compared to the original dimentions. Only thing is the drum brakes. Next one will have discs.

I didn't have a title for the bike so when I went to title and register the bike if found out it's a 1968 not a 1970. D'oh!

Haha this is awesome! I would have loved one of these when I was 14 :D
Cool manitou bike shocks up front!

Yo Fruttolo. I restored a few CT90's this year and I found the original shocks inside the forks were mushville. I had a couple mountain bike shocks lying around so I fabbed some brackets and some plates to bolt up to the linkage and bam, totally stiffened up the front end. I finally got it titled and registered and got my motorcycle endorsement. I've been riding it around and people be tripping.
