Keep it up man. I've got a vstar myself. Curious to see how it turns out. Sportster tanks look good as well imo.

Very nice. New backbone flows really well into the existing frame. Is that keeping the stock neck height and rack?

Planning or think you will have to switch to a single carb intake?

The neck has not been touched. As for the carbs they are supposed to fit. We'll just have to fab some 90 angle pipes for the pods.

Soo rad! I am really interested on how you will re wire this. I currently took off every unnecessary part on my VStar 650. I just have to figure out how to re wire it so it looks clean. Great job on the framework!

Oh well the fender was too tight on the new tire..
Had to widen it a bit, and while at it decided to make a sissy bar

Thanks guys!
The bike is been sitting there for a while now cause I am putting all my free time on building a second garage with a powdercoating setup. Things will go a lot faster once I finish this!

Nice work, as usual
I never understood seat springs on bikes with a rear shock, though. Is it just for "looks", or do people really like sitting up in the air like that? Maybe someone under 5'10"?

Thanks

I think people see this as a kind of ''hardtail'' and like the look.
I dont personnaly like it but i gotta say its comfy as hell on bumpy roads lol
