Hey guys, I wanted to share my build. I'm almost done- I didn't take as many pictures as I wanted to but I think this will show a good amount of the process. I have a lot of things I need to figure out still but it's coming along.

Making the cuts, I have a piece of steel in place of the mono-shock to keep it still.

Here it is with the tank and seat mounted. I'll be adding custom bars, and I'm currently lacing a 16" rim to the rear hub to run a vintage style tire. I'll also be adding a small fender and a tail light in a week or two.

Wheel build, I took a 16" wheel off of a Honda Shadow 750rs and laced that to the stock VLX 600 hub. Took forever to true the wheel, did not want to be straight.

Wiring harness, this is a work in progress. I removed the signals a lot of other stuff. I basically had to as the person who had the bike before me really chopped it up.

First ride, still have to mount the permanent brake light and clean up the hoses and wiring as well as build an exhaust and fender. Super fun to ride though!

Looks good. Added tube for the rear tank mount looks clean.
