Call Nick's Custom Cycle in New Jersey. Place is a huge Harley junk yard with every part you could think of. Tell them what you need and they'll hook it up. A friend and I got a full set of mids for under $100 there.

200 doesn't seem that bad considering how long they take to make them yourself. Just finished these.

I don't know how to search for my own posts on this forum, but we were just discussing adopting Dyna-style footrest mounts in another thread.

They are cheap and plentiful as most folk dump them for forward controls.

They just require an short length of 1" square rod welded to the frame.

Here are mine;

Brake lever and footrest from a harley. The master cylinder and brake caliper was from a Kawasaki ZX6.

Gear change lever and footrest from a harley. Gear lever was a chinese repop, the toe grip bit I picked up off eBay.

To be honest none of that stuff really fitted properly without some machining work but that rear brake works very well.

Hope these are of use.

Since we're bringing old threads back from the dead.

Made this setup with a pre-cut plate I picked up from a forum member. A crude work in progress.
