06-06-2010, 2:58 PM
Went a little longer than I wanted. Out here in Ohio winter is a great time to tear down and get crazy. Took my bobber and tore her down for the winter. More frame work, big bore kit (thanks Tyler) cam, crank, valves the whole works. went from 39hp to about 80. build weighs in at 340 with fuel and oil, droped the seat another 3+ inches laced up wheels with S.S. spokes and nips got some miles down and running great! Cant wait for mexico in 2011. Big shout out to Rick at wyld rydes we are working on another one just as crazy, jerome borris for the paint (jeromeborris.com) Tyler and Kyle at lowbrow customs and biltwell for making this build so much fun!!! My eyes are welling up with tears I have to go.

Any hassle from the cops over the historical tag? I'm hesitant to ride my bike with one.

06-07-2010, 10:53 AM
No Hassel here in Ohio yet. This is a personalize plate so it is suppose to have tags on it but i just carry the tags in my wallet. I didnt want to muddy up the look of the plate with red and blue tags.

Ummmm, what? That shit is crazy. Thank you very much for posting those pictures.

Now thats a SWEET ride....Where did you get those foot pegs from ... Thanks Kevin

06-10-2010, 5:29 AM
Thanks . The pegs are made by fastway. I use the same kind on my dirt bike. I reworked these and polished them. They are made out of stainless steel with removable studs on toP. My buddy Rick just about went over sitting on the bike in the shop when his foot got caught on thoses studs.they almost work to good.

That paint is ridiculous! I love it man!

06-10-2010, 11:23 AM

06-11-2010, 5:16 PM
Beautiful XS! Question: Did you make or buy the foot pegs. Please give info on either.
