Looking for an 1/8" offset drive sprocket for early EVO sporty's
anyone know who might sell or make them ?

I've never seen one less than 1/4" offset personally.

Your options are to:

- address the alignment at the rear
- machine 1/8" off the back of a 1/4" offset sprocket
- machine a 1/8" spacer/shim to place between the stock spacer and the stock sprocket
- machine an new transmission sprocket spacer that is +1/8" wider than the stock one

!/4" offset sprocket plus a 1/8" shim under the rear wheel sprocket.
Are you sure you need 1/8"

Like anything, there's Probably a hundred ways to do it.
Maybe a dozen ways could be considered "correct

One could offset the hub and pull the rim over with the spokes...
