Does anyone know anything about these puppies. Friend of mines, old car his wrench is giving me one he bought like 25 years ago. Been sitting under a tarp in his back yard. I do know they are Norton's.
My mistake, Royal Enfields.

I thought they were royal enfields

What I found: Brockhouse Engineering bought the rights to the Indian name (sounds familiar) and sold re-badged Royal Enfield's from 1955 to 1960.

Buddy of mine had one, definitely an Enfield

Thanks, little more than I knew.
I am going to piece it out, or just toss it whole.

Easy to work on those than the newer stuff... think old push lawn mower. I personally like them, they've been around for fucking ages in production with little variation at all, which means it'll still be around long after we are gone too, because parts are whoa so many from decades and decades of same model with little redesign.

There are some Enfield collectors. If I had one without title I'd part it out if it was too fucked to get running.

If it's the 700 twin with all the Chief stuff I might be interested. The singles don't interest me at all.
