So last summer my steering felt a little sloppy so I pulled the front end apart. It seems that the bearings had about a 1/32 of free play on the stem. Made a new stem on my lathe. It's my first part turned out by me

Got my springer back on perfectly snug. Tested out the rabbit ears I made over the winter.

Nice job on both! I just built a set of rabbits from an old set of buckhorns (there IS a use for them after all..) I just have to weld in a cross bar yet once I decide on pullback...
