A little background on the bike:
My grandfather got it at least 16yrs ago from someone that owed him money. The exhaust was broke off at the studs. A friend of my brother bought it off him a few years later after it sat in the basement. Fast forward ten years or so, that friends garage is falling down and he needs to get rid of the bike. It's just been sitting there the whole time. So I offered to take it. It's been sitting in my garage for over a year now, and I'm just now getting time to fuck with it since I "finished" my cb125.
progress will be slow, I have a 6month old little girl. http://i1293.photobucket.com/albums/b585/hulkjoegan/IMAG0606_zpsomicm6xp.jpg (http://s1293.photobucket.com/user/hulkjoegan/media/IMAG0606_zpsomicm6xp.jpg.html)

The exhaust studs on one side were broke off and someone had tried to drill the out to extract them and did a horrendous job, the holes are huge and wallowed out. I'm going to get out what's left of them and then have a buddy of mine weld up the holes and I'll redrill them at work on the Bridgeport

Some pics of how you hold the head on the mill would be cool too.

I'm still trying to figure that one out

I started removing the valves, but couldn't get the guides and seals out. It looks like there is some sort of clip on it, but I've never seen one like it. There's no play on them, but they will spin.
