Have you considered 1 inch risers and handlebar reducers as an option?

If you can't find em on ebay search for the seller's website: Rusty Riders LLC

those risers on ebay are POS. Had a friend order them. I wouldn't trust my life to them. All Aluminum, light and cheap.
Eventually they stripped too.

I'd say suck it up, buy a set of the flanders dogbones or the re-pops and use reducers. I went that routet and it worked like a charm. Just search ebay.
key words harley riser(s) you'll get enuff options.

Been running mine for a year with no problems. They are aluminum and they are cheap, cost about $14. They were also the only dog bones I found that would work with the older style jap bike handlebars.

This thread is 3 years old. I think the dude looking for risers has found them by now, or has no business being near a bike.

Shiiiiiiiiit! I had not realized, the post before mine fooled me... if I see something in the first page of threads, I tend to assume it's "active" and still unresolved for the OP
You know what they say about assumption right? Its the mother of all fuck-ups....
