A few weeks ago I was out ripping around on a brand new stretch of highway. I was just shifting into 5th at full boogie and kaboom! The rear wheel locked up for a split second which freaked me out. I thought I broke the chain and it piled up. I pulled in the clutch and got on both brakes. The bike then went instantly sideways and I'm thinking oh fuck, I'm going down. I let off the rear brake and the bike straightens right out and I coast to a stop. I still don't know what the fuck happened. I see oil all over and look down and see my flywheels. Fack. Not good. It ripped up my motor/foot control mounts. Completely bent the 3/8" through bolt. If you look closely at the last pic you can see the broken connecting rod. I'm pretty grateful this is the only damage. It could have got real ugly for me. I've beaten this motor unmercifully for years now, I guess I half expected this would happen some day.

Anyone have a pair of motor mounts for sale?

Wow, as bad as that sucks, it could have ended a lot worse. But look at it this way you got some work to do but when your done you'll know exactly what you've got.
