I swooped up this frame a week ago and im hoping to identify it. Amen savior? but the seat post is round not square.
Long shot but it looks like back in the day alot of time went into making this frame with the "bodywork" thats done to smooth it all and mold the fenders into it ect. awesome little roller, but trying to figure out what its worth, it is titled in 74 as a special construction and I have the bill of sale from 84 so I have some fun little history notes on it but no idea what the frame really is!
Id Like to trade it or sell it to fund my 3 other bike projects!

Any help would be dope.

It looks like an AMEN frame for a CB450/500 (DOHC) twin motor.

I 100% believe you. Just curious how you came to that answer. I assume due to the tubing width/thickness that dropping a much larger motor might not be advised? Like say a spare kz1000 ?

Similar frames held Z1 drivetrains just fine, same as the KZ1000 for practical purposes.

It's the AMEN for the CB 350 and 450. Putting new mounts in is the big thing when it comes to putting a different engine in, is all.
