Does anyone know if these shocks are any good? I want to lower my nightster but I want to make sure I do it the right way.

I currently run them right now on an 02 sportster, I love the look of the lowered stance but be prepared for a bit of a stiffer ride. Otherwise then that there really isn't anything to worry about, just lowering your ride is all.

Edit: may have read that in a different context, but yes, they are an excellent brand to go with also, haven't had any issues with my shocks

Yeah they're quality parts. Had a set on a 99 sporty and never had any issues

I've got them on my 08 sporty. I like them. There great, easy install and everything under the fender still clears the tire. They are a bit more stiffer then the stock shocks.

They are well made and easy to install, but they may as well be struts. A bit stiffer ride is an understatement.

Running on a 99 sporty. Bike looks way better with them. They are not "that" rigid...two up may be an issue though if you do they much.

I have 10.5 shocks on my 2005 XL1200C. Progressive brand not Burleys. The ride is at times just brutal. Not enough suspension travel so they often bottom out. I weigh 200 lbs. if you weigh considerably less maybe you will have better results. If you weigh more you might just as well install struts instead.
