my problem is when the bike is at a warm idle and when i roll on the thottle slightly it acts like is going to cut off.... any ideas why this is happening.???

Is it possible you pinched or tore the diaphragm when you reinstalled the carb top?

I posted this for a friend who wants me to take a look at his bike and this is the problem
he describe.. so with that being said the diaphram very well could be the problem.

I figured id ask on here so i would have an idea of what could be wrong before he brought the bike by my place.

thanks Govmule84

also check out cv-performance.com picked up jets and parts for my CV cheap there.

One thing I heard was the fuel might corrode the jets and actually rust them up. can always check them to be sure.
