I am looking at modifying my VN750 Front forks by adapting several different make and model lists of parts. I currently have a list of all major Japanese Bike Fork tube Diameters and Triple Tree Bearing sizes, What I now need is information on fork tube lenghts and neck lengths.

I pulled my Information I got thus far from the www.ohiocaferacers.com (http://www.ohiocaferacers.com)

What I am trying to do is adapt a set of VN1500 trees to my VN750... I know it works, I have seen the write ups... but at the same time I want to rebuild the forks and make them several inches longer... not sure how long I will need until i get the triple set onto the frame, But I would like to know what options I have for stock fork tube lengths in 41mm tubes.

Nope I already got that information, what I need is stock lengths of tubes, I already have a list of all that other information. The VN750 has very few aftermarket parts made for it, but with a little digging you can adapt a lot of parts from a more common part, I am trying to build a set of custom forks out of OEM parts fro the moment, I might have to mix and match suspension compontents to get this to work,

For an example, I change out my triple tree with a VN1500, tree, I also add the vn1500 sliders to still run my stock tire (need the VN1500 axle as well) then I add brand X fork tubes to get my ride hight back to stock... yes i know that just becasue a fork tube is X" long the sliders could also be longer or short and also through off my measurments, but I can do the math for that to get a tube that is close.
