hello all, im mike g from northern IL i have been a long time lurker, figured it was time to start posting on here. this is my 75' ironhead i hand built myself. it has a 77c.i. stroker motor with all the goodies. made 70hp /74lbtq @ rear wheel on dyno tuned by precision cycles in rockford IL. the frame is 6'' out, 3'' up & 40 deg rake. bike is bare bones only has a head & tail lights. no gauges signals etc. paint is chrysler flame red w/ micro red flakes, topped with a candy pearl. i finished the bike last nov and have enjoyed i guess roughly 700 miles on it so far. since the bike is somewhat complete i will post some pics of the transformation.

What kind of shocks are you running and length?

in these pics it had progressive 12'' with heavy duty 300/350lb springs. it lowered the bike about 4 inches from stock. there is less that 2'' in between the tire/fender. that's reasoning for the stiff springs.
