Looking for someone in the Sac/Roseville area with some experience to help out a first timer.

I have been working on my bike on and off for years and I feel like I just hit a wall. This forum is awesome and I don't think I would have ever even started to try to build a bike without it, but lately every time I start to work on my bike i just stair at it and drink all my beer. I have a little hobart 140 and a decent set of tools but i really want to find someone who has actually built a bike. anyone want to hang out and show me how shit is done.

issues im having

welding that isnt super sketchy (mildly sketchy is just fine)
mounting rear break
wiring
wheel spacing
mounting sissybar and fender
radiosing fender

thing are tight when it comes cash but i have beer and food and ample access to electricity. id also be willing to trade time for time. mow your lawn, help you move, regale you with my encyclopedia like knowledge industrial conveyer belts, what ever you want.
