Im pretty well into this build but I figured I could share it.
I got a 98 sportster 1200 and mated it with a paughco hardtail frame.
So far I have cut down a trailer fender and mounted it. Found the tank on eBay and tab mounted it. Did a chain conversion. 21in front wheel. I relocated the battery under the seat and I plan to build an oil tank that wraps around it and hides it.

I got the seat from Sulleys and I scored the fabkevin seat bracket in the silent auction at the SmokeOut a few months back. Then I made the seat reinforcement bracket.

I got a bent springer front end off an 88 heritage springer. Ill document how I extend it in the near future.

yes, they are the stock rocker clevises, i just cut the weld on the original front legs to get them out and to maintain the alignment slugs.

DOM tube inside the Model A radius rods for double stiffness. Threaded to accept solid rod ends (not heims)

I like that seat support. I made something similar (except pretty shitty) to set my seat further back. Much better riding position that way.

Yeah I have 0 stretch so not much room for seat, the only thing about the set up is it is very stiff, thinking of going to a rigid mounted seat.
