Is there a way to "lengthen" the drive shaft because I'm a bigger guy and the back end just look so small from a side view....Does that consist of lengthening the frame too? Or would I have to rip it all apart and put the motor and everything into a new frame w/ a different type of drive i.e: chain.shaft, belt

Hey i recognize the bike from XJrider.com you would need to extend the frame and then the drivestaft, but do it in such a way that it doesnt just twist the weld in half

drive shafts..hmmm I have a shafty that I am going to lengthen, eventualy. My idea is to get a second shaft, and cut both shafts and make one longer one... less welds that way... use a chop saw at a 45 degree angle and chop both shafts the same, that way there is less to balance out.

I didn't think of it that way. Should I go w/ how long I want to lengthen first or lengthen the frame then the shaft.

lengthen the shaft first, then build the frame to match the shaft... you might even buy two spare shafts to chop so you can still ride while you make sure to get the shaft true after welding them together.
