Hey guys,

My name is Keith Barnett I'm from a small town in Missouri St. Mary's
I've been lurking around the forum for a couple months and finally getting around to posting up my build.

I've been wanting a bobber for the past couple years after I finally got away from the crotch rocket scene. I have a 89 sportster that I bought back in March. Bike has around 13k miles on it and the 4spd trans I paid 3k for it brought it home and stripped it down completly.
I ordered a David Bird hardtail for it 4" stretch 2" drop took about 4 weeks to come and its really cool because the company is in Missouri.

Some of the stuff on the bike........Ordered most the stuff from Lowbrow Customs, Bison Motorsports, Seven Sins Choppers, and ofc ebay!!!
Biltwell stuff slimline seat and their low drags Handlebars
Seven Sins Choppers Blood red grips
Mooneys air cleaner
Some 3" black springs for my seat
Bison Motorsports round oil tank.
The rear fender Ledsleds mohawk
Battery box Billetproof LLC
Tires are Shinko 777-Rear is 150/80-16......Front is 100/90-19
Everything was powdercoated by a friend Shawn Dees
Thats pretty much everything I can think of right now.....anyway heres some pics of the build!!!!

Clean build. I'm getting ready to chop my 90 Evo. Your pics are very helpful. Any notable issues with the DB hardtail?

Love it! Well done, not sure about the red oil bag and red grips probably would've went flat black with those, and ran some solid black tires. Not crazy about white walls on a bobber, but that's what's great about bike building , everybody has different taste and different ideas , that's why no two bikes are ever the same. Regardless, you did a fantastic job and its a great build and I really like the hardtail you used.
