suzuki gs 750?
I'm picking up an 82 this weekend for 0bucks. The guys says it just needs a starter and it's mine. So I'm looking for a hardtail.

HWC, I'm building a '79 GS750 I don't really have any decent way of bending tubing. I want to hardtail, but don't really have a bender or even a frame jig to speak of. I'd be interested in a weld on hardtail.

You could do what I did. Buy some .120 wall tubing, heat it up with map gas where you need the bend, and bend it around a trailer ball with a drop while it's still on the vehicle. It's not the most exact way to do it, but it's about as exact as a HF bender.

Might be an idea not to drag p a 4 yr old thread.
