One look at that kicker brought back a ton of memories from the '80's for me. Can't tell you how many times I rocked the blood striped calf muscle from them.

Loving the detail work, can't wait to see the big picture.

Excellent work, keep the picts coming

What are you using for a capacitor in place of the batt? Is that a capacitor in a sleeve you built?

What is your projected final weight? looks real light

I am not sure what brand the capacitor is as it came with the bike. I am hoping for a round 270 but I have no Idea what it'll be?

270 would be nice, doesn't seem unreasonable

Is your ignition stock? Think that capacitor could be stock?

It's got the original CDI but it originally had a regular bike battery. The PO switched it out to what he called a BatPack. I am saving about 10 lbs just by running no battery. My key switch is another pound and so on and so on. The only down side to running no battery is if your bike ain't runnin your lights aint runnin.

Got the motor in the bike tonight. It really changed the look. I got the pipe mocked up and this is pretty much how it will look. I still have to trim all the areas I will weld for a nice smooth fit, but it's close. I threw the kick pedal I made on it just to see how it looks. Me Likey.

... a laptop camera is designed to give a "mirror" image of you, where normal cameras are designed to give a 'point of view' image. This is why it looks reversed.

If i may offer the tiniest of tiny suggestions.. maybe paint the shrouds on the rear shocks same color as the frame
and the swingarm. Might help to tie everything together, and make the bike look slightly longer.
