Wild Childs is an old shop out of Kansas City. A lot of really cool stories and stuff this guy has posted. Though I would share some of the pictures he has. Enjoy.

They were out of Kansas city Missouri. They were doing the car stuff with Roth when he first started. They closed there doors in the late eighties I think. The guy who has the Facebook page up is the son of the owner and he's acquired the shop with all of the crazy cool stuff that's in it. There was a picture he had of a check from Evil knIevel for $500 for the paint job on his sportster. Legend has it these are the dudes who started the "chopper" shit.

I had a friend who worked at Wild Childs in the 60s. I had a lot of family in the KC area and when we visited them I would go by the shop to see how he was doing. He did most of the frame work on the "drift wood" 45 trike in your pictures. It was done with sheetmetal and brazing rod. I was there once and met a guy named David Mann, he had just returned from California where had bought HA Beautiful Buzzard's bike (subject of a Roth poster). He had ridden it to the shop to let the guys look at it. There's a thread on the HAMB regarding the rebuilding/restoration of the shop.
