I'd buy just about any bike for $180 and a twelve pack.

Seriously! Any complete bike for 180 and a 12 pack is an amazing deal! You can part it if all else fails and make that back and then some.

I'm a newby here, but not to bikes. The SOHC probably has more chopper parts available than any other Japanese bike going. Its second only to probably Harley. For under 200.00 I don't see how you could possibly go wrong, if it were me I'd already have it worked out to deliver it.

I'd push the fucker home if I had to.

i knew the SOHC was the better of the 2 from a previous post. i just didnt know what years they were. going to be figuring out logistics here soon. has some kinda wierd stock exhaust that im trying to figure out, but im stoked about it. apparently the guy just lost his job and needs to go to NC (where the bike is) to get some shit from storage. basically id be paying for the gas to fund his trip and i get the bike as a "thank you" of sorts. were working out the kinks now anyway.

i may have some shit to take off it anyway, so maybe youll see some in the classifieds!

hell yes they been chopping them for years....they made Jammer a success

Yes, nice bike

I've seen more than one that went over 100,000. Usually very hard miles too. Timing chains get a little noisey around then. Timing chain failure can kill one, but they give a lot of warning first.

That's an easy question and the answer is go get it or I will. Just tell me where it is.

If you don't like it, lemme know, bro, I'll give you 200 and a case of beer and come pick it up. I think you'll like it. Everything is still pretty sanely priced and available. Just gone mine back up and running, nothing like the roar of the CB750 to wake the tards up in my neighborhood....
