Here is the one I did on an off and on project Triumph frame. Nothing special just tried to stay with the contour of the gusset.

Do all Harleys run a center engine mount except 79-81 Ironheads? Mine is secured to the rear head with nothing on the front.

There should be one from the rear head and front head.

Mine just before i cleaned it up and it will get dipped with the rest of the crap

Shit that guy from "Mad Jap" blocked me from his site because I questioned the integrity of his upper motor mount he made, while all his nut huggers came defending him when all I said is "will it stand the test of time"

fuck him and his ugly fruity bikes. :P

I just tore into my all original 81 ironhead and there is no front mount. It has one positioned over the rear head right between the split in the rocker box. Weird.

all of the shifter parts I made myself, & also the switch housing. Motor mount is a yankee
ingenuity mount that I had powder coated. actually I did make the upper part of the mount
where it bolts to the frame.

hey man didn't mean to be miss leading I know up to 78 they had the double top end mounts if there wasn't the factory top middle. I believe it depends on model and I haven't looked into 79+ but with the frame change i would assume they cooked something else up,

Here is the mount I made, it will be gloss black when done. The coil mounts on the end/right side and the plug wires go through the large holes.

Bump up an old thread. Was looking for some top motor mount inspiration online and came across this. This is funny because Mad Jap has me blocked on instagram and I don't even know why! I didn't even know who he was but someone told me to look at something on his page and I couldn't see it unless I was logged out. How funny is that?!
