What's a 1951 rigid panhead that's 99% original/some re-pop parts worth? It is running with a little bit of tuning on the ol' linkert. Still 6volt setup also.

Friend of mine at work has a '65 FLH kick/elec 99% basket, a '68 flat side shovel FLH running, and that '51 pan rigid. I can't make up my damn mind which one to get.

10K for the '65, 9K for the '68, and 7K for the '51 if I let him keep the fenders, seat, pipes, and front wheel.

Leaning toward the '51 right now mostly because I hate the thought of choppin up an all original bike like the other two. And of course it's a little cheaper...haha.

Yeah I'm headed back over there this weekend and hopefully I can get some pics of some of these sweet-ass bikes he's got.

Ok I guess after this Saturday I may be minus one '87 chunk-o-Evo and plus one '51 pan. At the very least I'll get some pics of the pan to post up.

Got a few "before" pics and might have made myself a little deal on the pan today. I ain't gettin' it for a song but he's selling me the frame, motor, tranny, oil bag, and a narrow glide front end for $6 large.

We got it to fire this afternoon and FUCK I gotta get back in shape! 40 degrees out and I'm sweatin like a hog.

Here's the pics.........

That would be a very good start. Make sure the vin is unaltered and check the belly numbers.
