I have Zombie Performance Nomads. They are upsweep bars but aren't quite as extreme an upsweep. They are taller though. I don't think they are uncomfortable at all.

I just got a set from Old-STF - Those guys rock! Running em on my 71 ironhead. Just have to swap the clutch cable tomorrow and see how they really feel but sitting on the bike with em they dont seem too uncomfortable.

I love mine- I made them myself though so the angles may vary. If I had a nickel for every chump that says "my wrists hurt looking at those" I'd be able to go buy a bike from the dealership! They handle great, no wrist problems since there is very little pullback, only problem is that they require more turning arc, so I just drop the bike in tighter, easy with narrow tires, probably not with a rake or fat tires.

These bars freak out the squares AND fellow bikers too apparently..

I dig the fuck out of 'em. Murray was inspired by the Basara MC bikes and he nailed the look. I cut my Jackrabbits down a fair bit (and the grips even more) and Rene of Mercury Moto modded them to fit the Honda's clamps. I haven't had much discomfort at all. I run them on my Shovel, too. If you grip your bars like you're bracing for anal intrusion, I guess your wrists would kill you after a ride. But I have no complaints. They're rad.

Too funny -- I get that a lot also.

Thanks man. You can kind of see it in the pic, but that's a seat/pad off an exercise machine under the bike, so I salvaged my man-hood that day.

The ride to that event nearly killed me a couple of times with those fucking tires. The rain grooves kept trying to lead me into the center divider! But dude, it's all off-set by the fact that this contraption is a Hondamatic. I rode it everywhere like this before I sold it to my lil bro. It was a fun scooter! I'm contemplating doing another one for EDR.

If that tire is anything like my shinkos I feel you. When going to Milwaukee route 43 is all rain grooves and it gets pretty weird.

I don't know, but I'd really like to ride with a set to find out. They seem to intimidate everyone who see's them. Which of course makes me love them.

Those basara guys rode with them and they flogged the hell out of their machines.

Does anyone know when these will be back in stock? I read the next batch will have the ears dropped a couple degrees. I hope the change is negligible to the naked eye because I like the upswept look and am willing to risk a little arthritis for the Basara-cool-factor.
