I'm looking to put some dual sport tires on my Sportster for the winter. I'm needing to find something for the stock rear mag. I remember seeing some a while back and had them saved on my computer but I've since gotten a new one and lost my bookmarks. Anyway, I need some leads.

I ran this tire last year (size 130/90s-16)

and it sucked. lasted like 2000 miles before it started cracking. well i pushed it for like another 2000 miles before i just didnt wanna push my luck anymore. so when i went to change the tire....the bead was broken by pushing on it....as in it was a very soft tire.

right now i am still rocking this on my front tire and have about 6000 on it

this front tire though does howl when im riding on hot pavement and doing like around 65 to 80.
bridgestone makes a trailwing for rear 16s and the reason i didnt go with it was because i think it was a 120 and the duro was a little taller at 130. maybe the bridgestone woulda held up better on the rear....i dont know. personally i am not going to run duals anymore. maybe around town they would have been fine but for like a road trip i think the constant use is just too much.

Thanks for some leads. My main concerns are the same or similar tread front and rear as well as price. AKA cheap. These will just be for the winter. I'm gonna change out my nice tins for an old set, put some mx style bars on, and the tires. Completely changed look and since I won't be out on long road trips the tires could be fun out on some back roads.

Allstate Dirtman tire has a great look like a dual sport tire in a 16" but its not cheap like a lot of the other cheap dual sport tires.
