Hell yeah there's some good riding in the mountains around here. I love minutes away from wrightwood. Also on weekends, my father in law likes to ride to breakfast somewhere up in the hills, usually makes for a good ride, even short ones. We leave early though.

Agreed definitely some good riding up there. I ride to work just about everyday from Riverside. I've taken the 18 up to big bear quite a few times and took the long way home on Friday hitting the 138. Livingcanvas I saw your bike on slims blog a while ago, it looks sick.

Haven't lived there since I was 18, but I grew up in Hesperia. Can't say I miss it! haha...My parents still live there, so I ride up now and then. I used to love the Wrightwood ride though. Bombed that on my sporty many times back in the day.

Might go up to the victorville area to lay down some equality, my friend drove house mercedes, that he inherited when his dad passed away, up there to a hiking trail, and stone stupid kids on dirtbikes, threw a cinder block through the windshield

Thanks man, I got it dialed in last weekend. I found the sweet spot to kick her she is starting up really easily now. I did manage to lose my oil dipstick on a ride to hesperia last night, then ran out of gas in the chilis parking lot an had to push it past 4 other restaurants into vallero to get fuel... Think im gonna get a trailer with a 10 gallon reserve tank.... :cheersmate:
