So shes definetly a mild custom from the 70s or so. 8in over front end, chrome fork tubes, bull back bars and the notorious sissy bar.

Pics are right after i pulled it out of the barn. Still covered in owl shit. Thats nasty stuff. put a hurtin on the paint and chrome.

Got it home and with some fresh gas and a few kicks.....she fired right up!

we'll see where she goes from here. Check out the license plate frame....

there was a little more excitement than it just firing right up though. One of the throttle cables was stuck damn near wide open and i didn't notice it so she took off like a raped ape for a second, blew one of the ol shorty mufflers off, and vibrated away from me about 6 inches on the centerstand! Good times.

jap bikes are famous for the marvel mystery oil. I got one out from under a house once and it was green I swear green. I took it home laid the marvel to her put her in gear and rocked her back and forth for 4 days.a liitle more each day. took the carbs off. cleaned them..they were green inside and out. after one week we were riding it all over. you can't beat um.......you can't kill um.

my dad and I got a titled 1985 Ninja ZX9 like the one from topgun that was under a pool shed for 24 years, oiled the chain, freed the carb, and rode it for 2 years. Nice find, bring it back to life

I love the look of that bike, just like it is! Can I have it?

Get you a real german helmet with spike on top. Wear your leather jacket with a mexican blanket over top of it. Leave the bike exactly how it is. Grab your boys and ride it to the local Hooters bike night, park it right out front. Then sit back with a cold beverage of your choice and enjoy the free entertainment of all the squares trying to figure out what it is, and why you ride it.

No question it would be a kick in the ass to cruise this thing for fun. Problem is Im still trying to handle moving this thing around my place with these damn pull back bars. I can't imagine trying to ride it around town. Maybe ill have to put the bars, sissy bar and extended front end up on the classifieds for someone that just has to have them.
