I cobbled up a chain tensioner out of an All Balls Racing wheel with a bearing in it. The plastic wheel was gone in 30 miles. Has anyone tried one of the skateboard wheel version or is the tractor sprocket version the only way to go?

I have the peralta one. I haven't installed it yet, but it is very well built, high quality.
