I have no idea how to chop this ugly bastard, but i want it to be street legal in my country so:
-no rigid frame(damn)
-turn signals are required ( so im looking for smaller)
-front fender is required (damn again)
For sure i will change bars, exhaust, seat and rear fender
Let's chopp that thing!
can you replace the shocks with struts? If so - I suggest this route. I know this is an Intruder - but you could get a similar look

there is nothing you can do to make it look good. like the old saying " you cant polish a turd" this bike is the reason someone made that saying up.

I think you can make any bike look good, just takes some time and the right parts.

I finally have time to do something with my bike (winter vacations yay!), so here is some progress, still long way to go.

good to see someone fixing up a savage. i cant ever do much to mine because i cant go without riding for more than a couple days without having withdrawals.

It's winter here since November, and it will last till April. So I have a lot of time to work on my bike.

i have animal edwin bmx grips on my bike, in white. if you can get a hold of those, theyre fuckin awesome
This is how it looked like before I crashed on saturday... Luckily only handlebars and pegs are broken, and shocks and belt wheel are scratched. As soon as I will be able to walk again (it will take couple of weeks) I'll have to fix it again.
Anyone ever hardtailed a Savage or seen a kit to hardtail it?
