Well I boned up and didn't shoot pics of the install a few weeks back but here is my 1960 with the springer on her. I am still trying to figure out if I should just hardtail the stock frame or go for a Paughco rigid.
I would hate to ruin a unmolested 60s frame but I also love to cut chit up lol

Looks good! I'd go paughco frame for sure. Like you said, no need to cut up a perfectly good frame if you don't have too.

that springer really jazzes that bike up, now it looks so much cleaner/classier

i'd keep it as is, minus the ass end of that seat. to me, if the seat was changed it'd be a perfect example of a beautiful bike

i love it as is man! you dont see many really good lookin swingarm bikes around these parts, not knockin hardtails but doin shit different is cool haha

I was going to keep it but it is going up for sale. Open to offers the stock wheel and drum are complete and in great shape. Forks need new seals but good otherwise
