My buddy's triumph got hungry and ate itself...

Still dont know what caused it. Opened up the sludge trap and it had shit in it but all the passageways were clear....who knows...

.....Wonder if his rod bearings and journals were worn maybe? or his pump went out the way it tore that con rod at the bottom looks like it locked up in the bottom end for sure....

Well the other rod doesn't seem to be blued so I'm guessing it had oil . Was it recently rebuilt ? Did the rod bolts strech ? Or was it High RPM when it came apart ?

Sure sucks just remove that rod and piston and put it back together as a 325cc

Cases are fine. My friend has been running this bike for 4 years on the rebuilt motor...

I dont know what the hell happened. It did look a little dry inside, so I guess it was an oiling issue....

That one piston looks pretty scuffed, maybe you had a seizure.
