i realized in another thread i never posted it here (i hate being a post my bike everywhere whore) so here it is. my first build and i made everything (except the oil tank). tank, bars, pipes, hardtail, hand stitched the seat and even mounted my own tires. pretty mych my first attempt at everything. been on the road for the last week, running great! (dont worry i since made a plate mount and fixed the kickstand)

Nice ride man!!! Are you keeping it raw? That tank is killer.

10-12-2009, 7:44 AM
cool build...and to do it all yourself, even better. wish I had speakers on this computer (dammit)
how much does your fuel tank hold?

10-12-2009, 7:53 AM
Sweet ride, cant beat a home build. I would be proud to ride it..

10-12-2009, 8:10 AM
plan is raw for now, when the motor needs to be rebuilt i will paint. i am liking how it looks now and think nice paint frame and tank will look silly with crusty motor.

i keep meaning to drain the tank to measure, i do know i went 60 miles on a tank without running out (30 mile round trip to work).

nice ride. i dig those tank mounts

Cool bike, especially the tank!

I know I've commented before, this bike is bad ass. But after looking at it again, I've decided to NOT paint my motor. It's got some slight surface rust on it. I cleaned it up with a wire brush and have been thinking about leaving it, after seeing yours again I'm going to leave it as is.

Bitchin' bike man, you did a great job. Someday I hope to see it in person.
