I got some pics up in the photo album area, but how do you insert them into a thread? I click on insert image, and a box comes up asking for the URL of an image? I'm not that good at computers, so explain slow. LOL

An easy way to retrieve the URL is to right click on the photo in your album and click on the "Copy URL".

Then paste that in the box that pops up. You get this without the space in the brackets:

Which then inserts your picture:

Step one: Flowers

Step two: Dinner

Step three: Barry White

Step four: Slow insertion

Step five: Go at it

If above fails, drugs always help.

Buy jewelry, skip to step 5.

use this button:
<img src="http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u284/1990rainingblood/Step1.jpg"/>
after clicking the button a screen will come up:
<img src="http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u284/1990rainingblood/Step2.jpg"/>
Then insert the address to the direct photo (make sure the url ends w/ Jpg., png, gif, etc.)
<img src="http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u284/1990rainingblood/Step3.jpg"/>
Then click OK in the insert photo box:

and if you did it correctly the photo will appear.

DEMON DOGS!!! I can't get rid of the red box. My computer is pretty jacked up right now as it is. Some kind of virus. Maybe I better not try to put pics on here till it's squared away.

Hey guys,

If you're having photo upload problems, please describe the dilemma in the KNOWN ISSUES thread in the forum. That's where the three of us are looking for feedback. It's impossible to read every thread to find the problems.

Again, hardware, software and talent will have an impact on your success. We're Mac guys, too, and I'm the dumbest of all when it comes to photo stuff. I'm not experiencing the problems you guys gloss over in this thread, so I can't help you. Sorry...

FWIW, a lot of other dudes have figured it out, so maybe the problem is isolated to your browser/hardware setup?
