Yes, it's the "fuel gauge"...
and yes, when I start not seeing the fuel on the "pipe", I need to fill her up.

Sick bike dude. How much is the frame stretched over stock?

Nothing!

The paughco frame
was de-raked from 40 to 31,5 to work with the 90s Evo springer (-3 rake)
and match the original sportster distance between wheels with this stance.

not trying to hate why is the shifter on the wromg side of the bike???? you have to release the throttle side bar and grab the shift and move back seems a bit assbackwards to me

Where is the right place for the clutch lever on a motorbike?

Drewkz750
10-10-2013, 10:58 AM
I'd guess on the side that harley used to put "SHIFTER LEVERS" on when then did them on the LEFT side of the tank. Like I said wasnt trying to hate which now seems like you didnt think the placement of the lever all way through. GOOD job:killerjob:

Akeemking
10-10-2013, 11:12 AM
There you have your answer.

Since my bike is a simple sportster from 2000
and I didn't see the point on a foot clutch setup...
yes, this is the proper place for my shifter.

No hate taken,
or given thought about it...
but all in this bike as a meaning or purpose
and I'm glad to point it out if asked.

I use a remote brake master cylinder from Kustom Tech...

Before that I had it both front/rear coming from the rear one...

oh good work...but you have to come down with the wire from handlebar and then turn back to the front wheel...
I would put the master cylinder behind front light support....

What an amazing build congrats! It's nice to see this style applied to the Sportster over the common chopper look. Inspired me for my Forty Eight im working on.
