1975 complete ground up rebuild

I'm squaring off a part here on a bench top.....

Here is a 73 ironhead in a paughco frame. chopped tank, super low and quick. a blast to ride. not for chicken-shits

this bike maintains the stock wheel base of the sportster. I used the stock swingarm axle plates to build the tail. The short wheel base and hardtail make it a hoot to ride.

Here is my 79 roller. the motor is solid, could use the valves ground which I'll do and hone and new rings .030 over...no big deal. frame has all tabs and stamped E 78 (May 78 production). Most likely an XLCR frame that was fittted to one of the first 79's. Mags are 18 rear and 19 front...dual disc front end....nice stuff....thinkin of doin a "crazy orange" drop seat mod....not easy with the sporty frame rails and backbone tie in...
