Event Name "Day of the Drags 13" - Austin/CenTX
Event Description DUE TO RAIN, DOTD HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND. THE EVENT WILL RUN ON 10/17-10/18!

It's time for the 13th annual Day of the Drags, Texas' finest lowdown and dirty, vintage American hotrod drag racing event! The Kontinentals Car Club will host the 13th installment of this marquee weekend event at historic Little River Dragway, a pinnacle of Texas racing since 1957, on October 10th and 11th, 2014! Come on out and enjoy multiple classes of heads up drag racing, all pre-1964 classics and only American steel is welcome to drag.

Our Austin ChopCult crew has been attending this event for the past few years and it's become one of our favorites of the year. Plans are in the works to assemble our central Texas ChopCult friends to attend on one or both days. Some of us are planning to go up on Friday night and camp; more details to come soon. Communicate with us on the "Austin - Central TX" thread in the brolodex or PM me.

Day of the Drags is a BYOB event and coolers are welcome, as well as tents, canopies, chairs and whatever else. If you are interested in driving a 4-wheeled vehicle, let me know...so I can assist you in filling it...with ice chests teeming with beverage!
