cheapchop made a post in this thread: SR500 Brat trackerIt's got the original CDI but it originally had a regular bike battery. The PO switched it out to what he called a BatPack. I am saving about 10 lbs just by running no battery. My key switch is another pound and so on and so on. The only down side...
