Don't know the year but its in good condition. The straps are good. This was originally a large and the liner was toast. I have been running my biltwell universal liner and it fit me great....

This is a brand new Chen Shen tire. It looks gnarly but i've went with a new front end that i'm not going to use a 23" tire anymore.

Like the title says. It is approx 4 1/2" across give or take. It's around a 76 and works perfect. very small amount of rust on the chrome, so small i couldn't get a pic of it. $50 ship...
