1973 ironhead
Created: 11 day(s) ago
I'm selling my ironhead stroker project.
The engine is in stock running condition and comes with a notarized clean pa title.
All build parts are new in the box.
Parts list is as follows.
Truett Osbourne 4.5" fly wheels and 3 hole crank pin.
CP Carrillo connecting rods.
S&S forged 10 over pistons.
Andrews R5 cam set.
The original heads were rebuilt with all new valves, valveguides, ported and polished with a 3angle valve job and machined for duel spark plugs.
The top end is off the engine but the cases were never split.
I'm asking 2800 for everything.
It sounds like a lot for a sportster but I have 4800 just in parts invested.
And it has a clean title. The frame was destroyed and unrepairable. It's not in use so this engine can be put in a frame and registration can be issued or it could be used as proof of origin of the engine to title an after market frame.
